A little bit about me....

Born in Bonnie Scotland, I was raised by a loving single mother. At times things could be tough, especially financially so I worked weekends and evenings to go to college and pay for rent, which all paid off. At the age of 21 I owned my own property. I pushed myself into jobs to keep growing. Over the years I worked successfully in a variety of fields from sales and marketing , recruitment, to even playing cupid in a dating agency! But now I do what I love - working with people, challenging them to unlock their potential to maximise their life or business.

Every day I live with a life long illness, where people and doctors have told me "You won't be able to do....." and at times I feel sorry for myself but then most of the time I realise its my life and what happens has an element of my control. So needless to say I have proved many of the "doubters" wrong.

I learnt from an early age that if you want something YOU have to create the opportunity and make it happen, no one else will.

Each day I use coaching techniques on my own challenges - like when I get nervous in large crowds and new situations, I work through these step by step and gain everything I can from the situation and even end up enjoying it!!

I am not a coach who just studied about how to get people to gain the most from their lives - I am proof it can work, even when life throws knocks, you must keep moving with the support of the right people and being sure you surround yourself with them.
